With its vaulted ceiling, distinctive design, and urban character, the Rockhouse Bar is one of the most striking bar venues in the Salzburg area. The bar is part of Rockhouse Salzburg’s events operations and serves as a multifunctional space for bar service, club formats, and smaller live events. Depending on the event concept, the space can be used flexibly as a concert venue, DJ floor, or classic bar.
As far as technics are concerned, the bar is equipped accordingly for event operations. This includes a permanently installed sound system, modern lighting infrastructure, a DJ setup, and a basic cabling designed for use in live performances. The infrastructure is built for regular conversions between bar, club, and concert mode.
Room capacity varies depending on the setup and usage scenario and includes additional areas in the adjoining foyer, as well as an outdoor space (beer garden operation in the summer months). This makes the venue suitable for smaller concerts, club nights, DJ events, and hybrid event formats.
On event days, the Rockhouse Bar is open from early evening onwards.
At the Rockhouse Bar, chilled drinks, creative cocktails, beer, wine, and small snacks await - perfect for enjoying an evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
For companies, clubs, or private celebrations, individual catering can be arranged on request — flexible, straightforward, and tailored precisely to your event.
The Rockhouse Bar is also open on days without events and, in summer, invites you to linger in a small beer garden with palm trees and deckchairs.
