Whether it’s a rehearsal, a seminar, or your personal event – Rockhouse offers rooms, equipment, and the perfect atmosphere for any occasion.

Rockhouse offers multifunctional event spaces with a clear focus on live events, club formats, cultural events, and corporate events. The central concert hall is located in an acoustically optimized vault that is matched to the building’s structure, creating a distinctive sound unique to Salzburg. The combination of hall, bar, and foyer allows for flexible setups and event concepts that can be scaled individually.
The entire event area as well as additional infrastructure spaces can be rented separately or in combination. These include the concert hall, the Rockhouse Bar, the two-storey foyer, a seminar and workshop room, as well as production and ancillary rooms. Use of the entire house (“Full House / 2 Stage Setup”) is also possible.
The basic technical equipment includes professional lighting, sound, and projection technology, designed for regular event operations. In addition, variable stage and seating systems are available, allowing both standing concerts and seated events or hybrid formats to be implemented.

The event area is divided into three main zones:
Concert hall (Main Stage)
Rockhouse Bar (club and secondary area)
Two-level foyer (entrance and transition area with additional bar, cloakroom, and lounge zones)
In addition, six rehearsal rooms, a seminar and workshop room, a production office, and extensive cloakroom and backstage infrastructure are available. The artist dressing rooms are located at the rear of the stage area and have direct access to the stage as well as to the bar and backstage zone, including sanitary facilities and catering area.
The seminar and workshop room (approx. 60 m²) is used for workshops, meetings, rehearsals, recordings, and seminars, and can also be rented independently of event operations. The room has a large window front and is designed as a bright work and production space. Day-by-day use is possible.
Access to the rehearsal rooms and the seminar room is via a separate entrance to the left of the building. A freight lift is available for transporting materials.
Rockhouse has six rehearsal rooms, used by a total of around 20–24 music projects (3–4 bands per room). The rooms are acoustically optimized and designed so that parallel rehearsal operations are possible without any significant bleed-through.
Allocation is usually carried out as part of an annual assignment system. Vacancies are filled from a waiting list. Information on registration and availability is available from the Service Center.
The rooms can be rented individually or in combination. Full-house use of the venue is also possible. Seating arrangements can be implemented flexibly.
With the exception of the seminar room, all event areas are wheelchair accessible.
