Team Scheisse pulls you out of the crisis — who else? Who else can piss diesel and shit dukats? Who else can brush the CDU fine dust off your face? Who else? Exactly.
And what else is there to say about them: Team Scheisse and what they do have been speaking for themselves for years — and very loudly at that. In any case, things took off sharply for Team Scheisse (who in no way live up to their name) after the self-released debut “8 Hobbies für den sozialen Abstieg” (202).
With their unmistakable mix of snotty punk, pointed social criticism and a hefty dose of humour, the band quickly carved out a firm place for itself in the German-speaking music landscape. In 2021, the long player “Ich habe dir Blumen von der Tankstelle mitgebracht (jetzt wird geküsst)” followed promptly, not only growing their fanbase but also earning them the 2022 Pop Culture Award for “Most Promising Newcomer.”
Staying true to their release rhythm and almost obligated to their own artistic productivity, the band released their third studio album in 2023, titled “042124192799”. In March 2025, the fourth album “20 Jahre Drehorgel” followed — another high-energy chapter between chaos, charm and uncompromising edge.
Team Scheisse also deliver live without compromise: whether as support for Die Toten Hosen or at their own shows, the band wins over a steadily growing fanbase with sweat-soaked performances and maximum closeness to the crowd. After a celebrated set at LIDO SOUNDS 2024, the completely sold-out concert at Arena Wien (2024) and the fully packed double show at Flex (2025), one thing is clear ahead of their next visit to Austria: this band is here to stay — loud, direct and uncompromising. And the crisis can’t be that bad if Team Scheisse can’t get us out of it.
